IMG has provided financial advisory services to U.S. federal agencies directly and indirectly in transportation, aviation, military housing and infrastructure, international development and trade.

IMG has been selected by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)/Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to serve as a financial advisor on their Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) program, an innovative finance program that is designed to make larger transportation projects easier to implement, through subordinate-loans and guarantees.

IMG professionals have advised infrastructure developers on the financing of military housing and utility facilities, including helping to develop financial models and cash flow evaluations.

IMG frequently serves as the financial consultant on aviation master plans that are primarily funded through FAA AIP monies. View Panama City, FL.

Internationally, IMG financial advisory work on airport development and transportation infrastructure has been supported by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (US TDA) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (US AID).
